Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you choose to return an item/s the return is at your cost in their unused condition and exchange it for a different product or where appropriate a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. With your help we'll also need to confirm proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at talktolanolin@lanolinbeauty.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll help you create a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We take every precaution when shipping your items, but accidents happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take a photo or two of the packaging it arrived in and include it in your email to help us speed up the process. We hate disappointments as much as you do. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
If you receive an item and subsequently decide it’s not for you, you can return it at your own cost in an unused condition. We can help you organise the return using our couriers at your expense. Once we have received the item/s in an unused condition we will process a refund of the full price of the item/s (shipping costs are non-refundable) back to the credit or debit card that was used to place the order. To start the process please email us at talktolanolin@lanolinbeauty.us or give us a call and we will help coordinate a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
