Shipping policy
When will my order be processed
To keep costs down, All orders are typically packed on Saturday / Sunday and Monday. The cut-off is around midday Monday. Your parcel is then picked up by a package carrier from us every Monday afternoon.
You will receive the tracking for your parcel over the weekend or on the Monday latest.
During periods of high demand such as before Christmas, and Mothers Day we endeavour to process you orders more often.
Domestic Shipping

Orders shipping to locations to anywhere in the United States of America is a flat rate. The cost to ship to you will be displayed in the check and shown separately.
Places we cant deliver to
We deliver to all of the United States of America and can ship to Post Offices and PO Boxes as well as physical address.
How do I check the status of my order?
Tracking
When your order has begun packing, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking will change once the shipping carrier picks up on Monday.
